“Let Her Go” Cliche

Women. They’re always doing something silly, like getting kidnapped by a super villain on a quest for world domination. No one understands this sexist stereotype better than Hollywood. Thankfully, the protagonists are always armed with a foolproof method of rescuing the damsel in distress: the phrase “let her go.”
