Imagining Zootopia (Full Documentary) – Fusion

One of box office draw showing in the theatre is Disney Studio’s Zootopia. Released about one month, the box office is sitting at $700 million and is still going strong. This non Pixar animation movie tells the story of Judy Hopps (Ginnefer Goodwin) becomes the first rabbit that join the police force. In her world where every animals seems to be tougher, stronger and bigger than she is, she set to prove her worth. She jumps into solving a mystery with her less than reliable partner, a sly fox Nick Wilde (Jason Bateman). Making of animation film is tedious not just the technical aspect of it. There were a lot of research into studying the characteristic of each animals before they are layered with more human characteristics. It took about 5 years to get Zootopia made. The process is complex, long and arduous and require an army of passionate creative think tank to put it together.  The team behind Fusion spent two years with the production team of Zootopia to bring you this 45 minutes documentary of the evolution of the film making process.
