On Tuesday morning, Snyder called the Stoney and Bill morning show on 97.1 (Detroit) for the second time, first time to defend Aquaman, to thank them for being great hosts. Apparently, filming for the much awaited Batman V. Superman film is pretty much finished in Detroit.
“We’re getting ready to wrap it up and take off and I just wanted to say thanks to you guys for being strong supporters of the movie and coming down and saying hey, and just, I’ve had a great time in Michigan, I just wanted to say thanks to you guys and just to Detroit itself. I’ve had a really great time, everyone’s been amazing, the local actors and stuff that we put in the movie have been amazing. I’ve never been around such great day players.”
Zack Snyder also teased the idea of a possible return for filming of Justice League. Snyder said there is definitely a possibility.
“I feel like there’s a really good chance we’re going to be back,” the Batman v Superman director said. Snyder explained that the current production has a couple of “established locations here in Detroit” and therefore it would make sense to reuse them.
Its exciting to hear that progress is going along smoothly for the much awaited film.
