One of the most recognizable supporting characters on “The X-Files,” bringing the most attention was The Lone Gunmen, who, appeared in all nine seasons of the show’s original run. They also had their own single season spin-off series. A trio of conspiracy theory drive “hacktivist,” the group consisted of Langly (Dean Haglun), Frohike (Tom Braidwood) and Byers (Bruce Harwood), all of whom were killed off in one of the final “X-Files” episodes, “Jump the Shark”. Now, 13 years after that episoded aired, Haglund confirms that the Lone Gunmen will return.
The original “X-Files” appeared in September of 1993 and ran the course of nine seasons. It also had 2 movies that hit theaters, titled: “X-Files and X-Files: I Want To Believe.”
