Seth Rogan and Evan Golberg Make Robert Kirkman Invincible

Seth Rogan and Evan Goldberg to turn Robert Kirkman’s Invincible into a television series.

Robert Kirkman’s comic creation The Walking Dead, has turned into one of the biggest television series in recent history. But TWD is not Robert Kirkman’s only creation. There’s another one that is a fan favorite. The comic, and lead character, go by the name Invincible.

Invincible is not a zombie. It’s a superhero. A teen superhero. The titular character is the son of Omni-Man, who is the most powerful superhero on Earth. And Invincible is growing in to those same powers.

Robert Kirkman states, “For nearly a decade I’ve had to endure the ‘what about Invincible?’ question as fans have watched The Walking Dead grow into the multi-media monstrosity it has become over the years. The answer was always that we were waiting for the right team to partner with. That team has arrived! The esteemed misters Goldberg and Rogen have proven themselves to be top-notch directors with a keen collective eye for stunning visuals after slumming it by writing hit after juggernaut hit.”

Goldberg and Rogen are none other than the duo of Evan Goldberg and Seth Rogen. The same Goldberg and Rogen that brought us “This is the End”, “The Interview”, “Sausage Party”, and of course, the TV version of “Preacher”.

Between fans of Golberg & Rogen, Kirkman, and Invincible, I’m betting we shall see some great numbers for the premier when it arrives.
